City of Peoria withdraws lawsuit in casino saga as long as land-based casino remains off the table

The City of Peoria is voluntarily dismissing their lawsuit against Boyd Gaming, the Illinois Gaming Board and the City of East Peoria after Boyd Gaming unveiled a plan to keep the Par-A-Dice on the water.
