Zuley has ties to alleged coercion of suspects in Chicago and Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. He testified as part of State’s Attorney Eileen O’Neill Burke’s effort to block Anthony Garrett’s bid for a retrial. Garrett was convicted of the boy’s murder.
