Probation for driver who pleaded guilty to fatal hit-and-run of Mundelein woman, unborn baby in Waukegan

A driver has been sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to hitting a Mundelein woman, killing her and her unborn baby, and fleeing the scene in Waukegan as officers arrived.
