Raddant v. Douglas County, Wisconsin 

Plaintiff filed a lawsuit alleging that the defendants violated his civil rights by using excessive force during an arrest. The district court granted summary judgment on all issues except on the question of force at the booking counter of the police station and a jury found in favor of the defendants on the remaining claim. Plaintiff appealed from the grant of summary judgment and the district court’s exclusion of plaintiff’s experts at trial. The Seventh Circuit affirmed, finding that the district court properly granted summary judgment on the reasonableness of the use of force and that any questions regarding the exclusion of expert testimony was moot.
