Illinois State Police have released information on an arrest made in a 12-year-old murder case. According to authorities, 46-year-old Matthew V. Miller of Flat Rock, IL, has been arrested for first-degree murder after an extensive investigation into a 12-year-old shooting death in Crawford County, Illinois.
