$3.3 million lawsuit filed against metro-east contractor convicted of bank fraud

A metro-east contractor who pleaded guilty to felony bank fraud last year is back in federal court, where a Texas company has filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of fraud, conspiracy and other wrongdoing.
