Hamada v. Laborforce, LLC

The National Labor Relations Board filed a federal action seeking an injunction under section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations act, to reinstate a union in a matter arising out of attempts of employees to unionize and allegations that the employer violated the NLRA. The district court denied the injunction and plaintiff appealed. The Seventh Circuit affirmed, finding that the director failed to establish irreparable harm and that the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying the injunction.
