It took an Adams County jury right about two hours to find a Quincy tattoo shop owner guilty on four counts related to a sexual assault that happened on March 25. Juan Duarte, 31, was found guilty of one count of criminal sexual assault and three separate counts of criminal sexual abuse following a three-day trial in Adams County.
