People v. Edmonson 

Defendant entered guilty plea to burglary and possession of stolen motor vehicle; parties agreed in plea to cap sentence at 20 years. Defendant's plea was involuntary, and should be allowed to be withdrawn, as defense counsel affirmatively misinformed Defendant that he would be able to challenge his sentence by motion to reconsider and appeal from denial of such motion, and Defendant would not have entered plea had he been correctly informed.
