Court properly dismissed administrative subpoenas of Department of Financial and Professional Regulation seeking disclosure of any incident reports documenting a medication error, as pharmacy's affidavit established at its "STARS reports" were privileged under Patient Safety Act. Documents about policy violations were not incident reports, and thus immaterial. Medical Studies Act does not apply to pharmacies, as pharmacies are not listed in pertinent section of Act.
