Defendant was convicted, after jury trial, of aggravated DUI and aggravated driving while license revoked. Where a defendant moves only to reconsider his sentence, counsel cannot satisfy Rule 604(d) by certifying that he has ascertained the defendant's contentions only as to his plea. It cannot be assumed that a defendant's decision not to move withdraw his plea, where he has moved only to reconsider his sentence, was defendant's decision based on proper advice and consultation with counsel unless counsel's Rule 604(d) certificate contains language referring to consultation about the plea.
