Defendant was convicted, after jury trial, based on accountability of first-degree murder. Court properly denied Defendant a new trial, after evidentiary hearing on Defendant's claim of actual innocence. Court was within its role by independently assessing credibility of affiant and other witnesses and resolving conflicts in the evidence. (BURKE and JORGENSEN, concurring.)
