Petitioner filed Rule 306 petition for interlocutory review of temporary orders setting child support and maintenance. "Care and custody", under Rule 306, relates only to orders involving custodial placement of minor children. Rule 306(a)(5) does not provide for petitions for leave to appeal from temporary support and maintenance orders. (ELLIS and HOWSE, concurring.)
