Illinois Appellate Court
Civil Court
Parentage
(Court opinion corrected 6/1/17.) Court granted Respondent father majority of parental decision-making responsibilities and parenting time as to their minor child. Court's allocations of parental responsibilities were not against manifest weight of evidence. Court did not make a necessary finding that mother's exercise of parenting time more than a 1-hour drive from father's house would seriously endanger child's health. Portion of order placing a restriction on mother's parenting time is vacated, for court to make necessary finding under Section 602.7 of Marriage Act. (LAVIN and PUCINSKI, concurring.)
