Maintenance
(Court opinion corrected 10/10/17.) Court entered judgment for dissolution of 22-1/2 year marriage. Court awarded wife reviewable maintenance of $1,840 per month for 96 months. Court found that husband failed to rebut the presumption that a house which husband bought with his girlfriend, during the marriage, was marital property, and awarded wife 50% of husband's 50% interest in that house. Maintenance reduced to $1,727 per month, as court failed to apply 40% cap. Otherwise, court's findings were not against manifest weight of evidence. (HUDSON and JORGENSE, concurring.)
