Court granted summary judgment for Defendants on Plaintiffs' complaint, relating to decedent's will. Plaintiffs failed to assert an expectancy and thus court property granted summary judgment on counts alleging intentional interference with testamentary expectancy. Plaintiffs did not show that any of the Defendants knew that a previous will existed or that it devised certain property to Plaintiffs. Exception to attorney-client privilege does not apply, as Plaintiffs did not file will contest. Plaintiffs failed to show that Defendants did not comply with court order for them to answer Plaintiffs' 30 interrogatories. Court properly entered protective order as ot Defendant's personal cell phone records, as numbers sought after included those of Defendant and Bank's customers and were not relevant. Court properly found that Plaintiffs lacked standing to object under Dead Man's Act, as they are not "representatives" under the Act. (LYTTON, concurring; HOLDRIDGE, dissenting.)
