This case presents question as to whether employee is entitled to continued receipt of TTD benefits after said employee was terminated for defacing company property during time when employee had been performing light-duty work after sustaining work-related injury. Appellate Court, in reversing Commission and trial court, found that said employee was not entitled to collect TTD benefits after he voluntarily removed himself from workplace for reasons unrelated to his injury.
