Record contained sufficient evidence to support IJ’s denial of alien’s application for withholding of removal, even though alien asserted that he faced threat of persecution by local gang if forced to return to Mexico. While alien argued that he was target for 1999 attack by members of Los Negros gang due to fact that his cousin belonged to rival gang, alien failed to show nexus between his 1999 attack and his family membership, where alien: (1) conceded that there were no threats against any of his other family members; and (2) admitted that he was attacked because he was mistakenly associated with rival gang.
