(Court opinion corrected 4/24/19.) Plaintiff was denied unemployment benefits. Plaintiff repeatedly refused her supervisor's repeated instructions to meet with her about her performance issues. Board of Review of IDES correctly interpreted the term "misconduct" in the Unemployment Insurance Act and correctly found that Plaintiff was terminated for misconduct and was thus disqualified from receiving employment benefits.(FITZGERALD SMITH and COBBS, concurring.)
