Court entered judgment of dissolution and properly awarded permanent maintenance to wife, who spent several years raising daughter rather than pursuing a career. Court properly ordered husband to pay half of daughter's private high school tuition. Daughter's activities related to her interest in horses were extracurricular activities. Court erred in filing that wife failed to make a prima facie showing of dissipation of funds from husband's bank account. No abuse of discretion in court's awarding to both parties their own retirement accounts.(WELCH and CATES, concurring.)
