People v. Hui

Defendant was convicted of 12 counts of predatory criminal sexual assault. On appeal, defendant argued that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence and abused its discretion when it denied his request to appoint the public defender as standby counsel after defendant elected to proceed pro se.
