Board did not err in confirming IJ’s order that denied petitioner’s application for cancellation of removal based on existence of petitioner’s Wisconsin battery conviction, arising out of petitioner’s attack on mother of his daughter. Record showed that said conviction qualified as crime of violence, and that said offense was committed against individual with whom petitioner shared child. Fact that victim’s identity was not element of Wisconsin offense did not preclude Board from finding that Wisconsin offense met definition of disqualifying offense under 8 USC section 1227(a)(2)(E)(i) for purposes of denying petitioner’s application for cancellation of removal.
