Injunctive Relief
In a long-standing case arising out of a complaint for adverse possession, the plaintiff/counter-defendant appealed from a trial court order denying his motion to dissolve two orders granting injunctive relief. The appellate court reversed the trial court order denying the motion to dissolve the injunctions, dissolved the orders granting injunctive relief, and remanded for further proceedings. The appellate court explained that the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion to dissolve the injunctive orders where those orders without the required procedural safeguards.
