Civil Procedure
Plaintiff, a condominium association, sued various defendants for what it alleged was a systemic campaign to obtain sufficient voting control of the condo association, to drive away potential buyers, and to force the sale of the building to the defendants at a below-market value. The trial court dismissed the third amended complaint and plaintiff appealed. The appellate court affirmed, finding that plaintiff did not allege any actionable claims and was unable to identify any tort or statutory violation that would entitle it to relief.
