Nimble and Path LMS Set Up

Event
Begin by cloning ~Upcoming CLE Event Template.
- * Event Name - Name of Event as it will appear in Nimble and Drupal (80 character limit currently) Required to save Event.
- * Short Name - Not really sure. Help text says "A short name representing the event, used in reports, or list views." Required to save Event.
- Type - Choose CLE Online or CLE Live Onsite (Default is CLE Online).
- * Status - Choose Active, Cancelled, Completed, or Pending (Default is Active) Required to save Event.
- Attendance Method - Choose LVA (for webinars) or FIRWP (for live onsite) Needed for PCAM Report (Default is LVA)
- PCAM Course Id - Needed for PCAM Report
- Taxonomy fields - These are used for Drupal for filtering on the Upcoming CLE page, displaying programs on related Section homepages and newsletters, as well as Practice HQ.
- Audience - Related to sections and committees that have newsletters (e.g. YLD, Gov't Lawyers)
- Practice Area - Related to sections (e.g. ADR, Animal Law)
- Practice Resources - Related to sections and committees that have newsletters, and some additional terms (Bench & Bar, LOME, Ethics)
- Program Series - CLE Program Series.
- Practice HQ - Show CLE on specific pages in Practice HQ
- * Max Number Of Registrations
- * Entity - Default from Template is Illinois State Bar Assocation
- * Start Date/Time - for the program.
- * End Date/Time - for the program.
- Web Registration Start Date/Time - Required to be enabled on the web.
- Web Registration End Date/Time - Required to be enabled on the web.
- Self Service Enabled - Required to be enabled on the web. (Default is checked)
- Collect Badge - only needed if you are using badges at onsite events. (Default is unchecked)
- Location fields - needed for onsite events
- Description - The full description of the event. Can be pasted from Word.
- Short Description - No longer being used for long title since it only has 80 characters too. Note, this displays in CH's Registrations page and will need to be fixed (I will ask Noah at some point)
- External Id - The Course ID in Path LMS (Required for Integration)
