Pursuant to the Property of Unincorporated Associations Act, an unincorporated association's members must receive notice of proposed real estate contracts and must have the opportunity to vote in favor of or against entering into such contracts. The Lease and Purchase Agreement executed between local union and LLC is void ab initio and is unenforceable on the grounds that the local union lacked the statutory authority to enter into the agreement.
