    This year, on January 15, which is the actual date of his birth in 1929, people all over our country—and beyond—will pay homage to this great man, preacher, and acknowledged leader of the civil rights movement in America.

    The central question in Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District RE–1 was whether schools must provide a meaningful education in which children show significant progress and are given substantially equal opportunities as typical children, or may they provide an education that results in some improvement?

    A waiver can prevent an injured party from recovering for his or her injuries even if the other party was clearly the cause of the injuries. How can this be allowed to happen?
