Rock Island attorney Tionn Fambro Carter has been appointed an Associate Judge of the 14th Judicial Circuit of Illinois. She was appointed to the position by the Circuit Judges of the 14th Judicial Circuit, and will be the first Black woman to serve as a judge in the circuit.
