Annual Meeting Registration Information
All attendees are required to register for the Annual Meeting. Advance Registration is accepted via our online form only .
In order to streamline the process, we have adopted an ala carte process designed to provide members and their guests with options to make selections based on individual needs and preferences. We are hopeful that the process will help eliminate any confusion for attendees whether registering for the purpose of attending various business meetings or for other programming and events.
There will be a “Business Meeting” option that applies only to business meeting attendees. The fee for this covers generous hospitality, set up, and meeting room charges for section council, committee, board, and Assembly meetings. All other programs and events are separately priced to permit flexibility and choices for those coming to the Annual Meeting whether on their own or with families.
Early Bird Registration is available online until May 24. Members participating in any Annual Meeting event, program or business meeting who do not pre-register, will be assessed the increased fees beginning May 25, including onsite. The deadline for online registration is 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 5. On-site registration will be available beginning Thursday, June 11 in Ambassador located on the Second Floor at The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis.

Business Meeting Expense Reimbursement
For Annual and Midyear Meetings, the Association is required to reserve a significant block of guest rooms at the headquarters hotel as well as guarantee that members will use a large percentage of the reserved rooms. If we fail to use the contracted number of guest rooms, we pay a penalty. As a result, members who will be requesting reimbursement of expenses in conjunction with these meetings, must stay at the headquarters hotels. In the event the room block sells out, members having to seek alternate arrangements will be eligible to seek reimbursement pursuant to the Reimbursement Policy, provided the alternate reservation was secured after the headquarters hotel sold out. Reimbursement Forms will be distributed at the conclusion of each Business Meeting, including at the conclusion of the Assembly Meeting, and must be submitted within 45 days of the meeting. Please note: no-shows, early departures and cancellations received outside the hotel’s cancellation policy will be billed to the member and are not eligible for reimbursement.
