Attorneys with all levels of practice experience who attend this on-site program will better understand: the interactive and complementary nature of programs offered by the Illinois Bar Foundation (IBF), the Lawyers’ Assistance Program (LAP) and the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) to assist with mental health and wellness for Illinois attorneys; the process for requesting services through LAP and IBF’s Lawyers Care Program; and how a complaint that’s filed with the ARDC may lead to a referral for assistance from LAP and/or IBF.
