ISBA urges Gov. Quinn to sign death penalty ban

January 12, 2011 The Illinois State Bar Association applauds the General Assembly's action to end the death penalty in Illinois. We urge Governor Quinn to sign the abolition bill into law. Mark D. Hassakis, President Illinois State Bar Association
