The Second Judicial District ceremony took place at Hemmen's Cultural Center, located at 45 Symphony Way in Elgin, where Justice Christopher Kennedy administered the oath to 85 new attorneys. Illinois State Bar Association 2nd Vice President Sarah E. Toney offered remarks during the ceremony.

Illinois State Bar Association Board of Governors Member Tom Speedie served as the speaker for the Fifth Judicial District ceremony in Carbondale.
