Join ISBA's new Construction Law Section

A new Section on Construction Law has been established by the ISBA Board of Governors. This new section will address the following topics that are specific to the construction industry: contracts, commercial lending, suretyship, mechanics liens, bankruptcy, mold and mildew claims, insurance coverage disputes, construction claims,  warranty claims, architect and engineer standard of care, arbitration and mediation. Through its newsletter, CLE programs, and listserv a practicing lawyer will be able to:
  • Network with experienced construction bar attorneys and obtain valuable information not found in any law book.
  • Learn from speakers practicing across the state and gain valuable insight into local jurisdictions.
  • Read articles on the hottest topics by arbitrators, mediators, architects, engineers, litigators, and transactional attorneys.
  • Participate in a referral network which spans the entire State of Illinois.
  • Find experts specific to your needs through vast networking resources.
  • Gain distinction in your niche through speaking and authorship opportunities.
  • Satisfy CLE requirement via worthwhile educational programs.
Don't let this exceptional opportunity pass you by!  Join Today!
