The IBF/YLD Children's Assistance Fund approved a grant of $5,500 to sponsor an ISBA/YLD Summer Intern at Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) for the summer. PILI Executive Director Michael Bergmann (left) received the check from YLD Chair Bob Fink (right). This grant will provide for intern Arturo Hernandez (center), a law student at John Marshall Law School, to work at the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless this summer.
