Back by Popular Demand! Don’t miss ISBA’s two-day elder law bootcamp in Chicago on April 26-27, 2018 that gives you the guidance and information you need to effectively represent your aging clients. Attorneys with all levels of practice experience who attend this two-day seminar will gain a better understanding of: case law updates since our 2017 Elder Law Bootcamp seminar; how to appeal a Medicaid decision; new legislation affecting the elder law practice; the important provisions you need to consider when meeting the different needs of your aging clients; the legal requirements for fiduciaries; how to contest a will or trust in Illinois; the changes to Medicaid Waiver programs; creating a diverse and inclusive workplace; recognizing and referring a colleague in need; and much more.
