CLE: Professionalism 2018 - Understanding How Mental Health/Substance Abuse and Diversity/Inclusion Are Impacting the Legal Profession

Join us on March 21, 2018 for this online program that examines a range of mental health issues affecting attorneys, the resources available to help lawyers cope with the demands of the legal profession, and the state of diversity and inclusion policies in the legal industry. Lawyers with all levels of practice who attend this seminar will better understand: the damaging effects of excessive stress levels; the extent of depression and addiction in the legal profession; how to recognize signs of impairment; how certain techniques can improve one’s well-being; the free and confidential assistance offered through the Illinois Lawyers’ Assistance Program; the advancement and the benefits of diversity and inclusion policies in the legal profession; and much more! 

The program is presented by the ISBA General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Section. It qualifies for 2.0 hours MCLE credit, including 2.0 hours Professional Responsibility MCLE credit (subject to approval).
