CLE: Tips and Traps in UCC Compliance [LIVE WEBCAST]

Uniform Commercial Code compliance may seem simple, but it can be tricky if you don’t know what to watch out for. This program will be especially helpful to attornys who represent financial institutions in secured lending transactions.  The program will include, aside from commentary, some sample provisions and sugg that will be quite useful.
