Anderson & Associates, P.C. Promotes Four Lawyers to Partner

Four attorneys recently became partners at Anderson & Associates, P.C.

Wheaton Attorney Dennise L. McCann joined the firm in 1994 and became the managing attorney of the Wheaton office in 2007. She focuses her practice on complex family matters including divorce, adoptions, paternity, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, the allocation of parental responsibilities, and child support. She also has substantial experience in estate planning, bankruptcy, and probate matters. She earned her juris doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in 1988. She is a court-approved guardian ad litem and mediator in DuPage County. 

Wheaton attorney Christopher J. Maurer joined the firm in 2003 and focuses his practice on a variety of areas of family law, including divorce, paternity, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, and estate planning. He received his juris doctorate from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1997. He is a court-approved mediator and guardian ad litem in DuPage County. 

Schaumburg attorney Robert Boszko joined the firm in 2004. He focuses his practice on financially sophisticated divorce litigation and allocation of parental responsibility disputes. He received his juris doctorate, with a certification in the law of taxation, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2004. 

Orland Park attorney Sarah Nolan joined the firm in 2010 and became the managing attorney of the Orland Park office in 2013. She focuses her practice on divorce and family law litigation, estate planning and bankruptcy. She received her juris doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2009.
