Richard Fiocchi was named president of the Bureau County Bar Association at the July meeting of county lawyers.

At the meeting, Fiocchi appointed Bureau County Assistant State’s Attorney Donna Engels as secretary of conflicts.

Fiocchi is a partner in the law firm of Bernabei, Balestri and Fiocchi, with attorney John Balestri and associate attorney Nick Balestri. It was founded by attorney Bruno P. Bernabei in 1953.
