CLE: Probate for the Personal Injury Lawyer (Live Webcast)

Join us online Nov. 7 for an informative presentation that explores the requirements of probate court and their impact on the personal injury plaintiff and defense bar.

Personal injury practitioners, lawyers routinely exposed to advising injured parties, and probate lawyers at all levels of practice experience who attend this program will better understand: probate court requirements in litigating wrongful death and survival actions; pitfalls faced by practitioners if the proper steps are not taken; how probate laws affect litigation on behalf of minors and those adjudged to be incompetent; and the unique issues faced by personal injury and wrongful death practitioners in probate court.
