The 2018 Fifth District Candidates Forum was held Oct. 22 in Collinsville.

The forum was cosponsored by the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, Illinois State Bar Association, Madison county Bar Association, and the St. Clair Bar Association.

The two candidates for the Fifth District Appellate Court, Kevin Hoerner and Hon. David Overstreet, answered questions from the audience about their qualifications.
