Hubacher Ames & Taylor, PLLC Launches With the Addition of J. Kirk Taylor as a New Member

Art Hubacher and Matthew Ames are pleased to announce the formation of Hubacher Ames & Taylor, PLLC with the addition of J. Kirk Taylor as a name member of the firm.

With the addition of Taylor, the firm will also add a Chicago office to the firm's base in Fairfax, Virginia.

The new firm is the successor to Hubacher & Ames, PLLC, which was launched in 2011 with a focus on broadband and telecommunications issues for both private sector and public sector clients. Hubacher’s practice focuses on broadband transactions on behalf of multi-tenant real estate developers and owners, while Ames represents both real estate trade associations and numerous local government agencies with a regulatory focus on broadband-related matters.

Taylor is a licensed attorney in Texas and Illinois. He co-founded a boutique law firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he focused principally on telecommunications law representing multi-tenant developers and owners. At the new firm, Taylor will be charged with expanding his practice into new spaces in the multi-tenant space, such as broadband innovation, Internet-of-Things (IOT) deployment and related connectivity issues. Taylor  will specialize in drafting and negotiating agreements for new technologies and innovations for multi-tenant communities, such as IOT deployments, home and property automation, package locker systems, software licensing and support, cell carrier antenna sites, and EV charging stations.
