Kogut & Wilson has announced the addition of Kathleen Short to the firm as an associate attorney. She focuses her practice in the areas of matrimonial and family law.

As a certified mediator, Kathleen offers clients an alternative method of dispute resolution and conflict management outside of the courtroom. Prior to becoming an associate attorney, she worked at the firm for two years as a law clerk.

Kathleen received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While in law school, she served as Lead Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal as well as a Legal Writing Academic Tutor.
