Lateral Associate, Recent Law School Graduates Join Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP announces that one lateral attorney and five recent law school graduates have joined the firm’s Chicago office as associates.

Nina C. Kelly focuses on medical negligence and health care, as well as general trial practice. She previously served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney. Kelly received her J.D. in 2017 from George Washington University Law School and her B.A. with honors in 2014 from Lehigh University.  

Maura J. Ashe focuses her practice on medical negligence and health care, product liability and general trial practice. She received her J.D. cum laude in 2019 from The John Marshall Law School and her B.S. from Loyola University Chicago in 2013.

Thomas J. Kliebhan focuses his practice on toxic tort litigation and asbestos litigation, as well as entertainment law. He received his J.D. in 2019 from DePaul College of Law and his B.A. in 2015 from University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Brooke M. Rogers focuses her practice on commercial litigation and business disputes, environmental litigation and product liability. She received her J.D. cum laude in 2019 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and B.A. cum laude in 2016 from the University of Pennsylvania.

Madison C. Shepley focuses her practice on class action defense, commercial litigation and business disputes, product liability and general trial practice. She received her J.D. in 2019 from Seattle University School of Law and her B.A. in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Brandon E. Villa focuses his practice on commercial litigation and business disputes, equipment leasing and product liability. He received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2019 from The John Marshall Law School and his B.A. in 2015 from Miami University.
