Todd Smith Withdraws as a Partner from Chicago Based Personal Injury Trial Law Firm Power Rogers & Smith LLP

Joseph A. Power Jr., managing partner at Power Rogers & Smith and co-founding partner Todd A. Smith have announced that Todd has withdrawn as a partner in the firm.

Until April 30, Smith will remain at the firm while he transitions his practice and his clients to his new offices. Until then, Smith can be reached at the firm through his assistant Kathy Beardsley at 312-827-6107 and via his direct line 312-827-6108.

Both Joe Power and Todd Smith have enjoyed their partnership over the last 27 years and offer best wishes to the other for all their future endeavors.

A founding partner in the law firm of Power Rogers & Smith, P.C. in Chicago, Smith received his B.A. from Kansas University, his M.B.A. from Northwestern University, and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago. 

He has been a trial lawyer his entire legal career beginning in the criminal felony courts of the Circuit Court of Cook County at 26th and California as an assistant public defender. Upon leaving that office, he joined Philip H. Corboy as one of the six lawyers at what was then Philip H. Corboy & Associates. In 1993, he left Corboy & Demetrio to join Joseph A. Power, Jr. and Larry R. Rogers, Sr.
