Levin & Perconti recently promoted Andrew J. (“A.J.”) Thut as the firm’s newest partner. 

Thut has been with the firm since 2013 and earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He has successfully settled and tried to verdict a variety of cases, including a $2.77 million jury verdict in a nursing home fall case. 

The firm, nationally known for its pioneering work on behalf of nursing home residents, handles a full range of personal injury cases. Thut brings the firm’s partnership to eight members.
