Capes Sokol has announced the addition of Andrew B. Shanfeld to the firm, where he joins as counsel in the firm’s business and real estate practice groups. 

A practicing attorney for over 20 years, Andy has extensive experience serving clients in the real estate and corporate law areas and as an outside general counsel. Andy graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1996, where he was Executive Editor of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science (Business and Finance) from Miami University in 1992.
