DiMonte & Lizak has announced the addition of a new attorney as well as two promotions within the firm.

Adam J. Poteracki has been promoted to partner. Poteracki focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, including contested estate and trust matters, and commercial real estate.  Poteracki is licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.

Derek D. Samz has been promoted to partner. Samz focuses his practice in the areas of banking and finance, construction and mechanics liens, creditors rights and bankruptcy, and litigation and appeals.

Paul S. Motin, J.D., LL.M., CPA has joined the firm as an income partner. Motin has over 30 years of legal practice focused on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, estate and trust administration, guardianships, business formation and planning, and income and estate tax return preparation. Motin is licensed in both Illinois and Minnesota.
