Anne Marie Konopack passed away on February 20, 2021 in Chicago, IL. Formerly of New Lenox, IL. Late of Chicago.

Anne Marie was a graduate of Lincoln-Way Central High School; Loyola University of Chicago, where she received her undergraduate degree in business administration; and Loyola University Law School, where she received her Juris Doctorate.

Anne Marie was a long-time partner and attorney at the law firm of Mayer Brown in Chicago.

Anne Marie is survived by her loving husband, David Ciancuillo. She is also survived by her mother, Brynda Ramsey, and her father, Robert D. Konopack, Jr; her sister, Pamela Buckley; her brothers, Jeffrey (Amy) Konopack and Dr Jason (Dr Sitha) Konopack; and her loving mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mary Lou and Anthony Ciancuillo. She is also survived by other siblings and stepsiblings, as well as her stepparents, Art Rojo, and Ingrid Konopack. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Anne Marie was preceded in death by a beloved niece, Emily Claire Buckley; and also by a sister who passed away in infancy, Debra Konopack.

Anne Marie loved the rescue cats (often named after justices of the Supreme Court, or historical royalty) she's had over the years and would be very happy and honored to have donations made in her memory to PAWS Chicago at pawschicago.org, which is where she adopted her surviving cat Mary, Queen of Scots, "Scottie."
