Attorney Jessica Sendek Opens Hensley Sendek Law, LLC in Wheaton

Attorney Jessica Sendek recently opened her own law practice Hensley Sendek Law, LLC in Wheaton.

As the founding member of Hensley Sendek Law, Jessica practices in DuPage, Cook, Will and Kane counties.

Sendek has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, allocation of parenting time and parental responsibilities, interstate and international removal of children, child support, maintenance, property division, high asset marital estates, qualified domestic relations orders, post-decree matters, parentage cases, and appellate matters. She also has proven trial experience.

Sendek has also been trained and certified to serve as a Guardian ad Litem in DuPage County to make recommendations to the court about the best interests of children in cases involving minor children. She is also a member of the United States Department of State Hague Convention Attorney Network, in which she represents clients in incoming Hague Convention return and access cases in the United States.

Sendek graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. During law school, she served as a Guardian ad Litem for minor children and was awarded the Dean Konop award for her work with minor children. As an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and DuPage County Bar Association, Sendek also volunteers as an alumni recruiter for her alma mater, the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
